Greg Babbitt, a second generation Real Estate Agent & Property manager. Greg received a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 1985. A year later he obtained his Ohio Real Estate License and went to work for one the Largest regional residential property management companies in the nation. By the time he had earned the coveted, Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1996, Greg was the regional manager who oversaw 22 sites, and over 6000 units, worth over $150 million, assuring an optimal financial return for each ownership entity.
Real Estate investment was in Greg’s blood and, naturally had already begun his own profitable real estate investment career when he started his own Real Estate Brokerage in 1998 and quickly obtained his Real Estate Brokers License a year later 1999.

Terry L. Carter – Licensed Realtor / Home Stager & Interior Design / Certified Short Sale Specialist / Sales Team Director
A Licensed Realtor since 2002 offering full services to both buyers and sellers in the Columbus market, she started her career with one of the largest national brokerages where she developed her exposure to the business and quickly began to study her craft and became a staple in the market place. With the foresight of what began happening to the real estate market in late 2007, she extended that knowledge into the short sale market with a certification as a Short Sale Specialist. This gives an option to the seller outside of tradition real estate sales and an alternative to foreclosure. She is credited with successfully saving numerous people from foreclosure. Julianne Nill / Office Manager/Property Manager/Marketing Coordinator
Julianne began her professional career in Real Estate 10 years ago, working for a large broker in Columbus. After a few years, her brokerage was contracted with a large urban development, there she went to work directly for the developer her broker was contracted with. Her position began in sales and property management, but quickly grew to marketing and sales. And eventually after much success in selling, she became a marketing and sales director for the company.
After 5 years of intense hard work and too many hurdles to jump, the development’s progress came to a halt and she came to work for Columbus Real Estate Pros.com as a office manager and marketing coordinator. Here she is responsible for helping to maintain the marketing processes for the numerous web sites our company utilizes to serve our customers, as well as maintain the day to day office operations. Her years of relationship building in the industry has proven to be a viable asset to bringing new owners and re locators to our business.
She has helped to, launch and sell various business product packages to our clients, including, Preventative Maintenance, Eviction Protection, Landscape Preservation and Landscape Convenience.
