A tenant will typically take care of the weekly mowing and trimming but will not take care of the items covered in our package.

Our 12 touch program includes…

In early spring, we: – Do bed clean up. Fertilize with a nutrient-rich feeding that brings your lawn back to life. Edge flowerbeds. Top with 1 cubic yard of mulch.

In early summer, we: – Fertilize and spot treat for weeds and surface feeding insects. Trim shrubs to enhance their look and sustain their health.
 
In late summer, we: – Balance fertilization for disease protection. Spot treatment of broadleaf weed control. Second trimming of shrubs to prevent disease and increase airflow.

In early fall, we: – Implement nutrient repair of summer stress, and broadleaf weed control.

In late fall, we: – Balance fertilization for stronger roots. Post-Turf weed control and leaf removal. Aeration improves soil quality and alleviates compaction.

In early winter, we: – Distibute extra nutrients so grass plants will store vital elements, helping to withstand the months of dormancy ahead.
